Terms of Service
These terms cover both sides of the marketplace: the businesses renting access to an account, and the people who own those accounts. Where a clause applies to only one side, it says so.
Last updated 13 October 2026
1. What ProfileZone is
ProfileZone is a marketplace. We introduce businesses to people who own established, identity-verified social media accounts and are willing to carry out outreach through them, and we handle the contract, the payment and the record of what was agreed.
We are not your employer, and account owners are not our employees. Account owners are independent people using the platform to find work. We do not supervise the substance of what they write for you, and we are not a party to the outreach itself.
We are not affiliated with LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Reddit, Upwork or any other platform named on this site.
2. Accounts and eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use ProfileZone, on either side.
- You must give accurate information when you sign up, and keep it accurate.
- You are responsible for everything done under your login. Keep your password to yourself.
- Businesses must be approved before they can rent. Submitting a business profile is an application, not an entitlement. We review it, and a working payment card on its own is not enough — on the other side of every rental is a real person’s identity, and we would rather turn away revenue than hand that to someone we know nothing about.
- We may decline or close an account at our discretion, and we will tell you why unless doing so would help someone abusing the platform.
3. How a rental works
- Rentals are month to month. There is no minimum term and no contract length to choose. A rental renews each month until you cancel it.
- The rate is frozen when you book. If the account owner raises their listed price next month, your rental keeps the price you agreed. The reverse is also true.
- One live rental per account. An account cannot be rented to two businesses at once, so the account you book stays yours for as long as you keep it.
- Approved businesses book instantly; there is no waiting for a second approval per rental.
- Your dashboard shows when the next month begins and what you have paid so far.
4. Payment
- Prices are shown in US dollars, per month, and exclude any tax that may apply to you.
- Your card is charged once a month, automatically, on the same date each month, until you cancel. The amount is the monthly rate you agreed when you booked.
- Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- If a monthly payment fails, Stripe retries it over the following days and we will tell you. The rental stays live during that window, so an expired card does not cost you the account.
- Account owners are paid by ProfileZone for each month billed, not directly by the business.
5. Cancellation and refunds
Cancel any time. Cancelling stops the next payment, and the month you have already paid for is not refunded.
You keep the account until the end of that month. The account owner held it for you and did the work for the month you paid for, which is why that month stands — but you are never committed to the next one.
What happens when you cancel
- Cancel from your dashboard at any time. No notice period, no cancellation fee.
- No further payment is taken.
- You keep access until the end of the month you have paid for. Your dashboard shows that date.
- After that the rental closes and the account returns to the marketplace.
When we will refund you anyway
The clause above is about changing your mind. It is not a licence for us or an account owner to take your money and not deliver. We will refund you in full where:
- the account owner never provides the agreed access, or stops responding entirely;
- the account materially differs from its listing — a follower count or account age that is not close to what was advertised;
- we suspend or remove the account owner during a month you have paid for;
- we charged you in error, or twice, or after you cancelled.
Contact us at support@profilezone.io and we will deal with it. Where part of a paid month was served before one of the above happened, we refund the rest of that month.
Account owners
If you end a rental part-way through a month the client has paid for, that client is refunded for the days they will not receive, and the amount comes out of your payout. Repeatedly abandoning live rentals will get your listing removed.
Nothing in this section removes a right you have under the consumer law of the country you live in, where that law applies to you.
6. What account owners agree to
- The account is genuinely yours, and the details you listed about it are true.
- You will carry out the agreed outreach yourself. You will not pass the work, or the account, to anyone else.
- You will keep the account in good standing for the term, and tell us promptly if the platform restricts it.
- You will not share your account password with the business, with us, or with anyone else.
- You are responsible for your own taxes on what you earn here.
- You can decline a brief you are not comfortable with. Being asked to do something that breaks these terms is a reason to tell us, not a reason to do it.
7. What businesses agree to
- You direct the outreach, and you are responsible for the content of what you ask to be sent.
- You will not ask an account owner for their password or login codes, and you will not attempt to take control of the account.
- You will comply with the marketing and anti-spam law that applies to you, including the rules on unsolicited contact in the countries you are reaching into.
- You will not represent that an account owner is an employee or official representative of your company beyond what they have actually agreed to.
- Anything you learn about an account owner through a rental is confidential and stays within your company.
8. Prohibited use
None of the following is allowed on ProfileZone, by anyone:
- Bots, scrapers, or any automated sending through a rented account. The premise of this platform is that a real person does the outreach.
- Fraud, phishing, impersonation of a third party, or any attempt to obtain someone’s credentials or money by deception.
- Promoting anything illegal, or any investment, medical or financial claim you cannot support.
- Harassment, hate speech, sexual content, or targeting minors.
- Buying, selling or transferring an account outright. ProfileZone is for rentals with the owner operating; permanent account sales are not permitted.
- Listing an account you do not own, or one created to look older or larger than it is.
Breaking this section ends your access immediately and without refund.
9. Third-party platform rules
Every social platform has its own terms, and those terms are between the account owner and that platform. ProfileZone is not a party to them and cannot waive them on your behalf.
Account owners remain responsible for their own compliance with the rules of any platform they list, and should satisfy themselves that what they agree to do is permitted there. Businesses should understand that an account can be restricted by its platform for reasons outside anyone’s control here.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account for breach of these terms, for suspected fraud, or where we are required to by law. Where we close an account without cause, any paid but unserved term is refunded.
You can close your account at any time. Live rentals run to the end of their term first.
11. Disclaimers and liability
We provide the marketplace, the contract and the payment rails. We do not guarantee any commercial result from a rental: not a reply rate, not a meeting, not a sale. Nobody honestly can.
We do not control a third-party platform’s decisions about an account, and we are not liable for a restriction, suspension or ban imposed by one.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the total amount you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.
12. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Delaware, USA, and the courts there have jurisdiction over any dispute.
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects a live rental, it does not apply to that rental — you keep the terms you agreed to when you booked. We will email account holders about material changes rather than only changing the date on this page.
